The cheese-obsessed, charcuterie-enthusiast behind Little Brie. Originally from the UK, she made the leap to Auckland in 2017 and brought her love for exquisite nibbles and impeccable hospitality with her.
Aimee has a background in Events & Hospitality Management, and has devoted many years to making gatherings, events and special occasions unforgettable. She has seen (and tasted) it all, ensuring she knows exactly how to make those special moments brie-lliant!. Whether you're hosting a casual get-together or a grand celebration, her cheese and charcuterie grazing tables, boards, and boxes are crafted to delight your taste buds and impress your guests.
